Ok I see bad reviews but i used Timothy back around 2008 he went all the way out to kenansville nc and when Judge Carroll tried to be a ahole he brought her up on charges for volition of my civil rights an she had to go before the 12.
If you don’t want your money took from you do not use these people. Him and his paralegal will tell you anything to get your money, then not return or answer your calls. I have contacted the bar association to get part of money back and to actually call out a lawyer that TAKES AND DOESN’T DO A THING.
