Nothing short of perfect. In our situation April was straight forward, no nonsense, direct, open, honest, and above all else she called weekly to get updates. She was attentive kind compassionate and all support staff as well. If you want someone who’s worth the money and will keep things open and honest choose April. You won’t get better. Trust me I know I’ve had a few attorneys and April is a cut high above the rest.
I guess the office manager we spoke with our first visit impressed me very much. As we proceeded into our case which by the way cost me $5000.00 was a joke. Went to court for my daughter twice. Continuance once and the plantif didn’t show up the second time charges dropped. Tried to do a virtual meeting couldn’t agree. So at that point more money. Colleen Isaccson is not a worthy attorney and promise you you won’t get your money’s worth. Told us first meeting the more work we did the less money it would cost. Lol we had pictures we had emails all printed off. Hand written accounts of things that happened even one my no names mentioned but the one who this was over had written and turned in to CPS. Would not recommend
