I was very pleased I called this law firm after all is now said and done regarding my wife’s speeding ticket.
I called seeking legal representation so that I could get emergency custody of my son. She said she got my message, but forgot to tell the lawyer before he went to court. She rudely said, “Well it’s $250 for a consultation, do you have $250?” I said I do, but I want to know if the judge could grant a temporary custody order. She said, “Well I don’t know how much he charges for that.” She acted like it wasn’t important. After she told me about the consultation fee, she told me that the lawyer wasn’t taking any new cases. If that’s true then why even tell me the fee amount. Why not tell me that first. To me it sounds like they were just blowing me off. Everything with her was money first. For this being a family law practice, you’d think they were a bit more compassionate, but they’re all about money first. I even said, “OK, thank you.” She didn’t say anything and hung up. I have the money, but they won’t get a dime!
