This firm is bunk. 3 day delay in closing. Had me sign well in advance that if they did what they were suppose to, documents needed could have been had in a way more timely matter. If you display any displeasure or question a timeline you get a non verbal body answer. My initial interaction with Seth in the parking lot should have been an immediate sign to ask for a different closing attorney.
Where do I even start? Seth Sholar of Sholar Law went above and beyond to help sort out a complicated estate issue that was totally messed up by another Jacksonville attorney (that admitted to the mistake but never offered to resolve it). Seth’s patience, determination and integrity to help me sort through the estate mess was incredible. I cannot praise him and his team enough to help us get the job done and close on my property. Thank you so much Seth and I would highly recommend your firm to anyone!
