We have seen Eric Benson in court and were impressed. We made an appointment to speak with her about our custody case, paid the $200, filled out the extensive paperwork, got a sitter to watch the children, sat down at the computer for our virtual meeting, and 5 minutes after it was supposed to start we got a call from the receptionist telling us the meeting was canceled. Apparently they had reached their quota of cases within Onslow County and weren’t taking more clients. They refunded us, but it was a big let down and inconvenience. Par for the course for Onslow County, unfortunately. We were hoping to spread the word about an actual GOOD family lawyer in the county. Bummer.
