This law firm is a piece of work. I was at work today & they called me multiple times. So, I wait a couple minutes & I call back. When I do, the secretary or whoever she is answers the phone. I tell her why I called and before I can finish my sentence she insist to me they never called my phone. She was rude with her tone. Well, if you didn’t, then how in the world do I have so many missed calls? I also have a voicemail. I have an iPhone 13 plus max so they can’t make an excuse it’s my phone. I tried to tell them they definitely called me, yet the employee told me no that’s “impossible”. Like if it’s impossible how did I call ya’ll back? She hung up on me without even getting my name to make sure. They’re unprofessional. I wouldn’t suggest anyone hiring them off that basis alone. Even how they talked to me was condescending and unprofessional. Do not hire them for anything. A firm who talks to people like this don’t deserve your money.
This lawyer not only charged us a $200 consultation fee, which seems to be the standard in this area, but also $1000 to file an answer with the courts that costs a quarter of that to file yourself. She claimed it was to “represent” my husband, and then wasn’t in court at all. She has given him incorrect information consistently, nonsense about time stamps on court documents and judgments, etc. Do NOT use this lawyer. I recommend Larry Hudspeth!!
