Very very poor communication & customer service. I’ve called for several weeks trying to get an appt after being referred by my attorney, Scott Matthews, bc Scott does not handle civil suits. I never got a return phone call. Finally I got in touch with Mr Whites assistant. She hastily took my information acting as though I was inconveniencing her and she said she would check for “conflicts” and call me back, which she never did. I’ve tried to call several more times and no one ever answers the phone so I’m giving up and moving on to another attorney and will be sure to let Scott Matthews know to never refer anyone to this attorney again as it has been a big waste of my time and extremely inconsiderate.
