First of all I wouldn’t recommend the firm to anyone. I got hurt in 2021 went back to work in January of 2022 after being released from the Dr to go back to work. I had been back to work for a year I got letter from the lawyer with restrictions of work duties a year later now saying a year later this note just popped up all I hear we helping u out so I been out of work two months not getting anything from from workers comp but the firm is looking out for me. They don’t want to keep in touch unless ur angry cause nothing getting done then so I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
My experience of going in for the first was very inviting . Staff was very friendly and my case manager Coly H. Lor.was very professional she kept me abreast of any changes. I have no complaints at all with Crumley & Roberts in Hickory NC … So with that said if you are ever in a accident like I was no need to through the phone book looking for a Attorney.
