It’s bee 4.5 years since my dad died. Susan b Alexander was appointed the executor to handle the disbursement of my father’s estate. My experience with Alexander has been awful, I have serious doubt in her ability to handle the probate of anyone’s estate. #1 don’t expect her to return any of your phone calls where u may have questions about the status of the probate. #2 Do expect her if u happen to contact her to be rude and unprofessional. #3 don’t expect her to do her duty to timely finish the probate, it has been now 4.5 years since my dad died, not one phone call, not one update. Monday I’m petitioning the clerk of courts to drop her as executor, this past the point of rediculous, as I have a legal restate will left by father, I have two very and honest witnesses that signed the will. I’ve hired the Fisher law firm to look into this and find the answer to the many questions I have. They are located in Greenville sc. even at this date she has ignored my messages to call me. She has even put 8 Acres of land for sale that I had just paid the taxes on. I intend to update the status of this issue I’m having with Susan. Yet another update. It’s been a couple of months now since I’ve had the last update. So here goes…. Still no word from Mrs Alexander, more questions pile up daily and I don’t think she cares, certainly no about me nor my family, my big concerns are these people selling the property in Dana. I don’t understand and I question the legality of that decision. The property wasn’t really much behind in county taxes, my wife and I paid those taxes up to date about a year ago. The Dana property taxes we paid were probably six to 7 thousand dollars. My wife and I have not been refunded that money and after all Sharon was responsible to pay those taxes as executive executioners of my Dads probate, Also they responsible to pay taxes on the property here as well 1102 mt olivet rd zirconia nc, This is the address I have lived for the last 20 yrs or so. This the residence my wife and I inherited when dad died, if they could legally sell the Dana property we should have received a refund by now, But because Sharon has been so derilic in her duties thus far , I would expect nothing more. My mom and dads land here in tuxedo should be refunded as well if they r as sure as they claim that nothing my mom and dad owned is legally mine. Of course I beg to differ in Susan’s opinions regarding all of the nothing she has done thus far. It’s now getting close to 5 years since my dad died, no word at all, no respect from Sharon. I’ll update again soon. Having Sharon as executor has been stressful, humiliating and this has gone on way too long.
