The secretarial services are not service based or any form of understanding or compassion for people with disabilities. When requested a break from phone conference due to fatigue a Secretary was permitted to talk rudely & submitted my documents not awaiting til I tested & called back the next day. When a polite voice mail was left with the overseeing attorney as to my disability & her abrupt rudeness no call returned. The attorney then mailed a disassigned from the case letter. Riddle & Brantley gave me the sincere customer service & understanding & patience needed to complete the information. Do not take business here if you’re not able to argue back & take up for yourself & suffer from disabilities.
