I contacted Ms Susan hall’s office after losing my mother on December 19th of 2023 I’ve asked her office for my moms will and so has my attorney and not once has her office been helpful to me at all this month will make 10 months since I lost my mom and the only thing that the hall office has told me is I have to so that I’m executor over her stuff I’ve been to the courthouse and I know that her will wasn’t filed with the court and my attorney emailed her office asking for what my mom’s will may or may not state and ms halls law office hasn’t even showed a enough respect to hand it over to my attorney either and I know she has one because I found my stepdad will and I know when my mom was living she stated to me and several others that everything was to go to my nephew who was in the accident with her that we lost her to in December of 2023 and I would have never thought ms halls law office would operate like this because I used her firm back in 2008 to get custody of my kids and my divorce and to me it’s so disrespectful and saddening to know that her law office won’t hand over at least a copy of her will so yes it saddening that me and my family has been done this way by her law office
