It was 12 April 2023 I spoke with secretary in his office to get equity property distribution and I was told to put in 1000$ in which I did . He sent me document for me to fill and sign which I did and email them . I have tried multiple times to call office number and I left messages and email no feedback ! Today I was able to reach after multiple text and ask refund and I got unbelievable answer . I asked full refund because there was no service rendered ! I’m considering submitting complain to NC state bar. I will never refer anyone to use this person you will loose your money instead of fixing issue you have ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️
all was well in the beginning because my money was paid in full but that only got me 1 of 2 legal issues resolved. he stopped showing up to court and that caused me to have a FTA (non arrestable in this case but still).
