2500 dollars for zero communication. Just contact in the hall at continuances. Even my day of court in the end, he pulled me in the hallway and said when they call your name just let me do the talking. Never defended me. Went off into a side conversation with the prosecution and other lawyers. NOBODY Said I didn’t REFUSE the breathalyzer on the spot. Even though anybody who watched any bodycam would see and know. You’d be better off not paying him and just getting him as a court appointed attorney. Even then… Good luck… He got my money and quit caring that very minute. I still don’t even know the actual outcome of my case in clear wording. He said “we have to get this off my books today. It’s gone on too long. When they call your name just come up and stand there let me do all the taking*. I said okay. Not knowing what was coming. He plead me guilty without talking to me first. And I have license restrictions he or his office apparently can’t explain. Even my therapist is confused my the letter from the DMV. Good luck if you choose this guy. On the real. I’m out 2500 dollars for a half ass lawyer. I promise you can find better. Just don’t do what I did with this guy.
Chris McCartan broke the client confidentiality agreement and withdrew from my case after paying him. No help at all. Did not return my phone calls.
