The Legal Aid of North Carolina-Concord office, a non-profit organization providing legal services, has received mixed reviews from clients seeking assistance. Overall, it appears that while there are areas for improvement, there are also dedicated staff members who genuinely aim to assist those in need.
Calling for help the man that answered the phone would not give his name and was rude, as if I was bothering him. I thank God that there was another alternative other than legal Aid. Sad to think that people use their jobs as an outlet to abuse and otherwise defame those who are calling in for Aid. Moreover, treated like a criminal when my only fault was losing my job last year 2024, and hurting my back while serving Jury duty. Circumstances beyond my control placed me at this man’s mercy at legal aid and he made sure he would make me feel even worse for calling for aid. I hope that he never has to be in those that he mistreats shoes, but then again, that’s the only thing that humbles the ones who think that they are mighty and better than those that they are supposed to be there to help! God bless anyone who needs help and calls on them.
Muy mal trato el señor que esta atendiendo estaba sacando a mi hijo mas pequeño solo porque empezo a llorar lo estaba sacando asta el lobby solo para no escucharlo en verdad jamas pense que llegaran a tratar de esa manera a mis hijos sacandolos de la oficina deberian de tener a personas amables trabajando en la recepción no se los recomiendo
Just spoke with someone named Naomi. Very unprofessional, during entire call it sounded like she was scuffling papers. she kept cutting me off before I even finished my questions. When I said something about it she hung up on me. Would definitely not recommend talking to her
