My brother passed away almost 2 yrs ago..my an his name is on my father’s home ..his wife is wanting money….Hayes had the house appraised an is wanting 97000.00 for a house valued T 101.000.00….he has included his fees an fees to do the title wor of a little over 10000.00 which I didn’t. Hire him…my bank is doing the loan an found this out they will be doin the deed work..not him an I orrig got apaper from the court about the property without a court date then I receive a paper he had went an want Ed position to sell ..which an attorney I spoke to said he can’t I still own half …he in my eyes is a crook ..and also the bank request paper work stating they need probate to show my sistein law can sign for my brother which the bank said he won’t comply…this is a mess ….I’ve tried to contact told him to get a court date with no reply …all they want is the money as yaw can see he is living…my sistern law still has to sign for my brother …per welfare..brian Hayes is a lier an a thief in my book…remember he went to court with out letting me know we have paper work we still have to go to court
