Baucom, Lewis & Baumgardner Attorneys at Law in Concord, North Carolina, has received mixed reviews regarding their legal services, particularly in the realm of trial law. While some clients have praised Megan for her professionalism and ability to handle traffic cases effectively, ensuring all citations were dismissed, others have expressed dissatisfaction with communication and representation, citing unprofessional behavior and a lack of responsiveness. Overall, those who had positive experiences recommend the firm for its understanding approach, while cautioning potential clients to consider the varied feedback before proceeding.
I had the pleasure of working with Megan for my traffic case, and she was absolutely amazing. She got all of my citations dismissed and made sure my case was handled exactly when I needed it to be. She was professional, understanding, and made the entire process way less stressful. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or anxious about your upcoming court case, I 100% recommend working with her and this office. You’ll be in good hands!
I highly advise against getting them as a court appointed or paid attorney. I beg of you not to, please don’t spend your money on their corrupted system. Couldn’t even spell my name right, profiled me and got angry I played along, unprofessional, racist, sloppy. Had a hard time getting in contact despite listening to her (Megan) advice to call a bit before and then blow her phone up closer to court date. Then, still was hard to contact her until she got the idea I wasn’t going to my court date from someone not even involved in my case. Spoke to me like I was uneducated about she and her assistant’s profession and what they are supposed to adhere to in/out of court. I asked of them to get it together and pointed out the things that bothered me and asked for change or I’d fire them and they took the second option (to quit a few days before my court date) instead of fixing their mistakes. I don’t think you want these people to help you express why you should have your freedom, you won’t like the outcome. Especially if you are a person of color. P.S if you are reading this Megan. I really hope you fix your catty attitude and grow more so you can have an actual successful career. There’s a difference between being purposely ignorant+disrespectful and being zealous. Emily you should really do your job in assisting other than telling me the same thing I was already told when I already said I don’t want to speak with you pertaining questions about my case or court date, because you aren’t my lawyer. Also, your job of assisting isn’t to play mean girl number 2. Only job you had to do with me was send me the email for my evidence which y’all didn’t even reach me back over to speak on. Once again unprofessional as all hell, these are the types of people that make the justice system corrupted.
