HIGHLY recommend using a different law firm. Paid well over $1000 to have our child’s birth certificate amended. It took them almost a year to not even complete the entire process. The (now previous) assistant to the lawyer was completely incompetent and couldn’t even use correct spelling or punctuation in her emails. Most of her emails made absolutely no sense. We had to have 2 separate consultations with the lawyer because his assistant didn’t understand what was going on. Also those were the only 2 times in almost a year that I even spoke with the actual lawyer. We had to reschedule our court date once because the lawyers assistant did not let us know of the court date till a few days before. And now that’s it’s all done over a year later with a lot of money spent we ourselves have to file the actual paperwork. Completely unprofessional and horrible communication throughout the process.
Best Law Firm in Sampson County! I recommend this place to all my friends and family for their traffic, criminal, and civil needs. Mr. Kiernan is experienced, knowledgeable, and one of the few attorneys that will actually take your case to trial if needs be.
