Good communication with the lawyer, even though it is not accessible in the costs, compared to other lawyers that solve civil cases. it is much more elevated prices. In my case, I was the victim and she represented me since I didn’t want to be in the same room as the accused. She represented me 2 times and charged $3500. I also had a case for lien-holder in a property and wanted to demand in civil court but she charged $7000.
Michelle Hamilton is exemplary both personally and professionally. She is amiable, punctual, prudent, dedicated, loyal to clients, and very hard-working. She is worth every bit and more for her legal counsel. As a former prosecutor, she has established working relationships with court administration and the local judges. When the desired outcome seemed unattainable after the judges decision, she dug deep for me and was able to find a solution in the law to overturn the judges decision and she even managed to sway the prosecution to support my desired outcome of terminating probation and restitution, without judgement.
