Donna is an extremely poor attorney. Contrary to some assertions in the comments, I can assure you this is not a fake review. After months and TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars, she achieved no reasonable outcomes. She is timid, and more than happy to give away the farm. Luckily, after firing her, we found an aggressive attorney who is vigorously representing the case. If you are in a family law dispute, find someone who will actually fight for you. This attorney is NOT that person.
Worst ever. If you want to spend more money trying to get a hold of your attorney than actually paying your attorney to work, have no fear, Robin Verhoven is the attorney you have been looking for. Every time I spoke to her about my case, it was as if it were the first time we had spoken, never remembering the conversation previously held. She said that my separation agreement was all drawn up and done, just a few things had to be altered and it should only take three more days. Over 5 weeks later, I still didn’t have it. Also, throughout the duration of my time with her, I told her the last resort was going to court for me. She filed paperwork that specifically triggered court appearances without thoroughly advising me of this Good luck with this attorney.
