If you’re looking for a closing attorney that will make this process more stressful and difficult than you’ve found the right attorney. Lynn, nor her office, would respond to emails and phone calls from the buyer for weeks according to buyer’s family. This stressed the buyer out to the point of the family asking the buyer’s agent to prepare for the possibility of changing closing attorneys a couple weeks prior to closing. Lynn and her team did not reach-out to the listing agent for seller information until prompted by the buyer’s agent weeks into to transaction when both agents were getting worried about the lack of communication from her and her office. Typically the closing attorney reaches out to the Realtors working the transaction within days of receiving the buyer’s executed contract. In my opinion Lynn doesn’t come from a client satisfaction or have a willingness to cooperate cohesively with the surrounding parties.
I had a very positive experience using Coleman Legal PLLC for my real estate closing. Ms Coleman did a great job and her paralegal was particularly helpful and responsive through the process. Added bonus: the title settlement fees were lower than most. Thanks!
