Wilson III Frank C, an attorney based in Boone, North Carolina, has received mixed reviews from clients. While some praise his professionalism and expertise in navigating negotiations and court proceedings, others express dissatisfaction with his timeliness and communication. Overall, those who had positive experiences highlight his effectiveness in achieving favorable outcomes, suggesting that he can be a valuable asset in legal matters despite some criticisms.
I hired Ham Wilson to complete a transaction regarding a partition proceeding with my family, regarding my grandfathers interest in a 11 acre tract of land there in Avery Co. Overall, I do not recommend Ham Wilson as an attorney. We ended up having to go with after the partition was filed, as our attorney Matt Rupp was appointed as District Judge and could not simultaneously practice law. With that being said, we went with Ham as he was recommended by Matt at the time. Ham is not timely with anything. He doesn’t follow through with what he says he’s going to do. He gets confused, and will ask you over and over again things you’ve already told him, almost to just increase the amount that he wants you to pay him. The times I talked to him while representing us and every time I do he acts like he doesn’t know what’s going on, or has very little interest in helping. With our case we did end up with a successful outcome, however I truly believe this was because of due diligence in follow through {ME}. Overall I rate this attorney a 2/5 and do not recommended him to a organized person who needs something done correct. More of a fly by night outfit.
Frank ‘Ham’ Wilson is one of the best attorneys I’ve ever worked with. His assessment of the situation and professionalism of navigating negotiations and the Court are top rank. Worth every penny.
