I have been involved with hundreds of real estate closings and my experience with Angel Perry & Islay Law, PLLC was the absolute best. The deal I just completed with them was a tough deal to get to the closing table. Mel, the paralegal I dealt with was smart, a problem solver, great communicator and best of all so very nice and pleasant under pressure. Communication is the key and I was always kept in the loop with timely responses and every question I asked was answered quickly and thoroughly. Attorney Luke Perry is very knowledgeable and helps find solutions instead of just pointing out problems. I highly recommend this firm if you are a Buyer, Seller or Real Estate agent as they will quite simply make your life easier and are extremely competent.
