I paid $26.00 for overnight shipping for important documents, ie a Power of Attorney, and a settlement check. I didn’t receive the documents until 4 days later, so when I ask for a refund of services not rendered I was refused. The secretary created the label with UPS on 2/7 @ 2:59pm however didn’t produce the package until after last pick up with UPS at 6:07pm, total incompetence. I was also charged $500.00 for documents produce that I didn’t approve. When I questioned the refund promised they had changed their minds and inappropriately HUNG UP ON ME. Not very professional IMO.
