Mr Hayes was quite rude to me and when I said to him I didn’t hv $3000 for his fee, his response was “get it” I’m 63 yo, live on disability due to a stroke in 2020, and right now hv no water. He did not care!
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND him!!! He will tell you he will do what you ask but then he will take your money and tell you to go to small claims court. All he did was send my ex husband papers that I paid for and then wouldn’t proceed to sue my ex like he said he would do in the beginning. Then said he mostly took cases in Randolph county and knew my case was in another county but he didn’t tell me that in the beginning or I would have found another lawyer to carry out my wishes. He will tell you one thing and then do the opposite. He always sounded like my case wasn’t important but when it comes to forgery and fraud I think that’s a serious matter especially when it deals with the IRS. So if you need a great lawyer please don’t use this one because he’s not worth the money!!!!
I don’t know what’s worse, the judges and attorneys that are pure criminal, representing and knowingly protecting criminals, or the ones that know all of this, pretend they’re the good guys, act like they want to help, all while taking advantage of you and protecting the other side and their lies at the same time. Fact is, there’s right and there’s wrong. Money makes you believe there’s a ton of gray in the middle, but, that does not matter. You’re either on the right side or the wrong side of things. I paid $2000 upfront for representation and then dealt with my custody case being put off for 10 months while being billed $2-300 every other week. THEN this man did not even defend, speak for me, or speak for my child in court.
