Reached out to Mr Marra’s office to inquire on services needed regarding a living Will for my dad. Mr Marra returned called and advised someone from office would contact me to set up appointment and make a required payment of $100 to secure appointment. After waiting approximately 1 week for the callback, I called and followed up. With my dads illness and unexpected decline in health , I was in a struggle for time. Desperately needing a living Will prepared. Due to Mr Marra’s busy schedule, an appointment could not be set prompt enough under the circumstances. Needless to say, my dad lossed the ability to meet Mr Marra due to failing condition. Ultimately and sadly, my dad passed away before signing off the legal document and all funds paid, ($1,565) were not refunded and/or partially refunded.
