I felt I needed to write and say that my experience with this firm although brief was great. I didn’t get as far as to setting up documents yet but that is not the firms fault. Communication was fast and thorough and they addressed my questions right away. I had a timing issue on my end with family and that is why I had not yet used their services for a poa, will, etc. Based on the calls I received and quick responses, I do think this is a good firm to consider for these things and will revisit again and refer to others because I appreciated both Jeff and Janine for their swift help!
