Rosalyn is an exceptional divorce attorney. Divorce being such a personal decision, it is easy to be anxious about the planning, steps, and length of time it takes to finalize this life event. Rosalyn did such a fantastic job providing insight into the “marital clock” and helped provide focus and clarity on the transactional nature of my litigation. While being empathetic to my emotional experience, she helped guide and anchor me to each next step and clearly communicated the anticipated timeline and level set my expectations. I am incredibly grateful for her professionalism, subject matter expertise, dedication to my divorce complaint and cannot recommend her enough.
I highly recommend AGAINST hiring this attorney. I found her extremely inexperienced and unprofessional, Took my retainer, and then DIDN’T handle my case as discussed. Additionally, after advising me that she settled my case with payment from my retainer a SECOND payment was deducted out of my PERSONAL bank account. Her answer to me was that she was out of town so couldn’t make sure it was handled correctly. All she did was offer to send a letter, which did not fix the problem. Now I have paid TWICE and have to hire another attorney to get that second payment back. Lastly, my credit card was charged $1,700 dollars on a FedEx account that happens to be located at her office address. My bank had to investigate and reverse the charge… you do the math. I would stay away!
