Mr. Finocchio was not my lawyer, but a lawyer that represented the other party. I felt bad for his client. Mr. Finocchio subpoenaed me on behalf of my husbands ex. During the subpoena, he spent more time trying to intimidate me through yelling that at one point during the process I stated “if you would stop screaming or yelling, I could understand your questions and not have to ask you to repeat them.” I spent more time giggling after the subpoena at the stupidity of this practice. If you want to waste money by all means, hire Mr. Finocchio, but from my understanding he’s not well liked from many within the court system either.
RUN, DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE LAW FIRM!!! He is a horrible, incompetent, and lazy so-called attorney. Every piece of advice is wrong and he accepts zero responsibility. He should be an accountant as he is more worried about his invoice than the case. Wastes hours if not days on trivial non relevant information to jack up his fees. Charged $thousands for records and review only to have them thrown out of court because he did NOT have them certified as true and accurate. Charged thousands more to review paper work that had many many errors. Then offered to fix the errors for the usual fee of $400/hr. Does not seem to know the most basic aspects of the law or is too lazy to argue them. Does not care about the client or children involved. A very highly disrespected attorney as voiced by many other attorneys in the area. When he is presented with an issue his response is to see a therapist instead of arguing in court. AGAIN, RUN, DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!!!
AWFUL lawyer. Is not honest and does not care what happens to innocent children as a result of his sheer shadiness. His last name should be Pinnochio instead of Finocchio.
