Michael helped my mother with estate planning some 15 years before he again helped her with applying for Medicaid after she entered a nursing home. His efforts 15 years ago not only enabled her to avoid unnecessary estate planning expense, it helped position her for the day she had to enter the nursing home. He handled her transition into the home and then onto Medicaid efficiently and professionally and helped preserve a significant portion of her estate.
