About two years ago Joe Asterita and his team did a will and a trust for my father. I did not need a will, only a trust. Joe suggested a will. So we went with it. The total cost of the will, trust and deed transfer was in the thousands. Fast forward two years later and my father has passed. I take the will to surrogates court to do a small estate filing and they tell me the will is no good. Signature missing. I need to do a full probate of the will. I try to call the office, and no one picks up. All voicemail. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to take care of your loved one’s estate.
