This is one man’s opinion. I retained Luke Brown to take on a personal injury case. Just, don’t do it! One would think if there was a personal injury case there must be some type of investigation as to what happened: site view, pictures, video, witness questioning, etc. Who does not want the best possible attorney available? There are time frames that many cases do not need immediate attention, but persevering critical information is important when something like this going on. Absolutely, noting was done for 6-months. He consulted with a “partner/friend” and again waited weeks for a response. Nothing! I’ll admit that I did get a few emails, but it was a delay tactic. I would assume if you had an easy case then it would be ok. Find an attorney that handles pertinent cases, not ones that handle 100 different “specialties”. We all learn our mistakes.
