The lady paralegal I spoke to on the phone was eating and munching on something the entire time very unprofessional. I was rushed off the phone I was barely given enough time to write down the instructions I was given. All my questions were not answered. As I was asking my last question I was hung up on very rudely. I will not be conducting my business with Jeffrey Freedman or any of his associates and I do not recommend this establishment to anyone for the very unprofessional and rude behavior conducted by his paralegal towards me as a perspective client.
