I used Tina a few years ago to buy my first house. I was made aware that she was a complete air head but that her paralegal did an excellent job of keeping everything together. The sale went fine. Then 2 years down the road I learned that she had never made my mortgage company aware that the two plots of land I bought would stay separate until after the first full year I owned them so they never paid the taxes on one plot and I ended up owing back taxes and penalties. She took no responsibility for this issue, said she would help me contact the town and try to get the penalties removed and failed. I told her that she owes me the penalties because it was her responsibility to make sure this was taken care of. But she never did. Now I’m selling the house and I am definitely not using Tina.
