Timothy is a very good attorney, he has helped me out with my closing back in 2022, He continues to work with me on other matters. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Very professional.
Unfortunately was recommended Timothy by an equally terrible real estate agent. We were closing during the summer and he went awol through out the process multiple times, at the end giving a half hearted apology and fake comment about us being part of his LGBT community. I do not recommend him for anything complex including purchasing a historical home in Westchester County, or anything relating easements or sharing of wells, etc. After purchasing our home, we hired a new lawyer and he was baffled by the things Timothy didn’t explain to us, assuming he didn’t even read the contract in full. Seeing how knowledgable this lawyer was further showed us how duped we were by Timothy. He was insanely fake and disingenuous.
Timothy Allomong is a great attorney with great personality. I would like to work with him again.
