I was married to a con artist, a sociopath. He claimed poverty and received council from the solicitor James Sexton. My marriage was a sham. My husband was poisoning me with laxatives and sedatives, gaslighting me, installing surveillance equipment inside and outside my house. He hacked into all of my accounts. Even though he’s a noted artist and earns a lot of money (off the books) he’s charming enough to deceive Mr Sexton and constantly claims that he’s a victim. Mr Sexton has been unavailable and has done nothing to dissolve this sham of a marriage. All of the paperwork has been submitted, yet it’s been taking too long for him to complete the dissolution of this marriage. I live in fear, every day. I understand that Mr Sexton was ill with the COVID virus, but he has recovered, and ignores my solicitor’s contacts in reference to why the marriage is yet to be dissolved. My spouse and I did not share any accounts, nor did we have children, and never filed taxes together. It’s a simple dissolution, yet as my ASPD husband is deceiving not only his solicitor, he’s deceived the government and will never be held accountable for the crimes he has committed. Mr James Sexton, I implore you, to make the effort to free me from the evil human who you are representing. Your client, JZ, is dangerous. Please, please, just file all the signed and notarized paperwork that you took upon yourself to complete, and do your job to end this nightmare of a marriage. I know that he told you that I was abusive and unfaithful and mentally disturbed, but just because he said these things doesn’t make them true. Next time you speak with him, ask him what happened to his first fiancée. Ask him about his lucrative career as a comic book artist. Ask him about everything he stole from me. Ask him about his legal history. If you only knew the nature of your client, you would do your best to expedite the process of this divorce. Because of him, I am afraid of all men, and I cannot trust anyone anymore. If you took the time to do some background research, you will find out that your pro bono client is a fraudulent exploitative opportunist with no conscience or empathy. You have all the paperwork, so just submit it and let’s finish this once and for all.
