Town of Wallkill – Home
Wallkill Justice Court in Middletown, New York, has received mixed reviews from those who have interacted with its criminal justice system. While some individuals express frustration over perceived financial motivations and a lack of consideration, others highlight the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, suggesting that a positive attitude can lead to better outcomes. Overall, it seems that while navigating the court can be challenging, there are moments of support and understanding from the personnel involved.
One of the worst systems I have had the unpleasant experience to have to deal with. They are all about the money & nothing more. Go prepared not to be heard, treated rudely and shell out big bucks. Their officers are there to pull money in for their town and that they do. Stay clear if at all possible.
The staff here are helpful and nice. You must wait till the end of court for your officer to show up if doing trial.
They try to force everyone to plead guilty
