From a legal standpoint this attorney has done absolutely nothing except shield abusers from potential consequences and spit right on the rule of law all for monetorial gains because in the words of the notorious westchester family court “whoever has the most money wins the court case” and not to mention New Yorkers tax payer money is paying for incompetent, ignorant, selfish, egotistical people like this one to “represent kids” now you tell me where in ANY law book does it say “it’s okay to ignore your client and represent not the interests of the kid but the mother” to me that’s a disgrace to the law and more over a spit on the Bible that every attorney has to be sworn in as. Now if you want this person representing your kids I personally can name 2 ACTUAL law guardians in westchester county who actually LISTEN to their clients wishes and who are non-comformative to appease the demands of a mother just solely based on the mother’s wishes but the child’s wishes as a REAL law guardian SHOULD BE! Not like this one who thinks it’s fine to bend the law until something bad occurs and then it becomes a game of “oops! Sorry but there’s nothing I can do for you! I no longer represent you” saying that to a kid! If you truly value your child’s safety and well being consider putting in the time and effort in locating a law guardian who will actually listen to your kid because your child’s life may depend on it! DO NOT HIRE!!!!!
