So I got a ticket back in July of this year for Violation 1110(A), Disobeyed Traffic Sign or Device. I found Mr. Spevack on the internet and I called him the next day. He asked me exactly what happened and I explained to him that I was about to pick up my son at the JFK airport but was too early so I decided to stop on the side of the JFK Expressway together with other drivers. The cops came and knocked on my window and gave me the ticket. So, he said “I can’t guarantee i can get it dismissed but I will try”. I told him that’s good enough for me. We’ll, this last Friday November 8 I received a letter from the DMV stating the Ticket was Dismissed. I have to say Michael Spevack came thru for me. I am grateful, the cost of insurance is high as it is, I don’t need 2 points on my license. His fee was very reasonable and he was courteous and understanding.
