Run as fast as you can
We so very regret hiring Ms. Gumerove for initiating our guardianship case in Nassau County (18 yo mentally disabled son). She has an excellent reputation but we never heard from her again since our meeting three and a half months ago when we paid the $1800 retainer. We still have not received forms required for filing the case therefore we can not move forward with our MD’s physical and psych evaluations. We have no idea about what is going on. Ms Gumerove is an older woman now and may have been a hard worker in her younger years but is presently not running her office in a professional manner. If you are seeking help for your special needs child find an office with energy, a reasonable timeline and an attorney who maintains communication. This office is a disaster.
