He was my attorney on my divorce case for so many years until he sold his soul to the other side for $20,000 that was given to me in court. I was told by the judge to give it to him, and then he asked to be excused from my case. When he knew there were a couple of seconds remaining to the hearing, he asked to be excused. This was well planned between him and my ex husbands attorney and judge. So that i could lose it all. Mr. Lecci and the judge said if i dont sign, I will lose everything. I signed, and it was left out of the court documents. He made a deal, got money, and walked out on me, leaving me so that my ex could would win the case. He can’t be trusted. I lost everything!!! Please don’t retain him for your divorce. This man seems like a nice man, but whomever has more money he will do for. I left with nothing.
Me Lecci attempted to avoid the imposition of any property transfer taxes, which was improper and which launched an audit by NYC DOF. I HAD TO PAY ALMOST $10,000 because of his mistake.
After spending nearly four and one-half years trying to find counsel who not only listened carefully to me and validated for me the unethical, immoral and potentially unlawful conduct of my ex-spouse, his attorney and the court, but gave generously of his time, always responsive to me and pointed me toward the right direction and a colleague of his that he was confident could get justice for me in a very contentious divorce plagued by collusive conspiracy from the other side.
