My experience at the Drucker Law office occurred over a decade ago. My mother and two sisters and I filed some paperwork here with Mr. Mark, who was extremely professional and courteous. Mr. Mark suggested his son Daniel help us during our follow up consultation to finalize our applications. Mr. Daniel had an arrogant demeanor from start to finish. He shouted at my mother when she had already explained that she would be coming back to complete payment the following week, having paid half the balance during this consultation (She had already discussed this with his father and they had agreed it was okay). Mr. Daniel’s response was not only extremely unprofessional, but totally uncalled for (they had all our information on hand). At the time I was a young girl and couldn’t find the courage to speak up for my mother, as I was very shy. But his actions and lack of basic respect for my mother (an immigrant who speaks broken English) left me feeling terrible. Needless to say, we didn’t return after that incident and I wouldn’t return if I needed an immigration lawyer. It’s a shame because his father was the complete opposite as well as his receptionist, who was so lovely. Mr. Daniel is not a nice man, and definitely not professional. Due to our initial experience, I did recommend this office to a few people and have heard they had positive experiences. However, after our experience with Mr. Daniel, I no longer suggest this business to friends/family.
