I can’t recommend Ed highly enough! A big fancy insurance company (BFIC) tried cheating me out of proper car repairs after someone hit my car (fault was assessed at 100% the other driver). The shoddy work from BFIC’s “preferred shop” was glaringly obvious and I had tons of proof, but I wasn’t getting anywhere. BFIC was being total crooks and had the attitude of “We’re a big famous company and you’re just a regular human, so who cares if we rip you off? What are you gonna do?” They thought they were big enough to get away with it, and I wasn’t having it. So I called Ed and asked for help. Ed and his team took all my evidence and photos and used it to go after BFIC. BFIC tried dragging it out and getting everyone to lose interest, but Ed and his team knew how to skillfully navigate through all their tricks and games. They were dedicated and tenacious, and stuck by me while we played the long game. Ed and his team won, and I received the full amount I had been asking for all along (corrective repairs plus 5 days of car rental while it was in the shop). Ed and his team know that laws should protect regular humans like me, and that no one is too big or too fancy to be above the law.
