I am a Florida resident and my son as well. We moved to Florida from NY three years ago.I sent my troubled teen to Newyork with his dad for the holidays. His father decided to brainwash my son to stay with him because he owes arrears of child support and demands and threatens me to take him off of child support on top of it making false police reports and I’ve been trying to get my son back to Florida to get the help he was getting the judge gave this attorney my son as his appointed attorney why I sent Michael Pernesiglio all my son information as well as Psyc Evaluation of his mental condition this man not only under oath defaimed my name but has been giving me a hard time NEVER speaks to me I have FULL custody of my son I provided everyone with this information thinking he was going to help me but to me it seems like he don’t have kids or a mom himself. WHAT a nightmare i’ve had to fly 3 times already to get my son and the judge don’t even know what to do now because my son is turning 18 have to press charges on the state and this attorney saying false claims of a child that has a disorder and he is neglecting it. They let time consume over and over again date by date how you send a mother to court a day after mother’s day the first one she ever spent without her child. The system is definalty rigged this attorney works probono but obviously don’t know how hard I have worked and been a great example to my son it breaks my heart but GOD knows why this happen and best believe me as a professional writer now knows how to shed light in these situations by talking about it to the WORLD….
