Several years of poor organization, repeatedly asked same questions, to resend documents, lack of awareness of court dates, not being heard on important custody concerns, irresponsibly kept uninformed even at an expected minimum. Everything was an emergency fire to get minimum attention – staff made things worse – And that’s being polite. Switched to different attorney – IMMEDIATE DIFFERENCE – ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL, CALM, COMMUNICATIVE, CLEAR & FOR THE BETTER. Kept being told she was the best – Just don’t get it at this point. Wasted several years in circles.

Waited almost two years for Divorce papers and I never received the paperwork and this whole time I thought I was still married. Today I finally found out that I have been divorced for almost two years and now I understand why this firm has a two star reviews thank you very much Mrs Barbara Strauss
