Jon offered to help me with my case, expressed sincere interest and then lead me on for 2-3 weeks with one word replies, promises he was reaching out to Attorney Generals, little to no info, and blatantly telling me he could not help because he was “skiing right now”, while my family is at risk of losing our home. and when I asked for his help with writing a letter to DOL (which he suggested), he called me and asked, “…so what do you want ME to do?”
This attorney was by far the best. If you’re looking for someone that will get the job done it’s him. Jon did amazing on my case. He’ll definitely do everything he can to help you.
