After 4 years of requesting my file back, as she holds original Orders pertaining to my custody case, I finally sent correspondence to the Nassau County Bar Association. In addition to not receiving the remainder of my retainer, a copy of my file and/or my original Orders back, when her firm did “show up” her associate stunk strongly of cigarette and had an extremely unprofessional demeanor. I wouldn’t use her firms service even if it were free. The most unprofessional firm I’ve experienced and I’ve worked in the legal field for over 20 years.
Extremely greedy, unethical, unprofessional, low class office staff.
