I have been back and forth with this law firm for over a month now with absolutely no progress. Yasmin, the intake coordinator calls me, asks me one question and then days pass, then she calls me again, requests some documents, days pass, nothing happens. I have provided them with more and more information each time they reach out and I have yet to speak to a lawyer. Every time I call to follow up on whether or not they are taking my case, they say Yasmin, the intake coordinator is busy and will call me back or will be in touch with me. She has never called me back. The receptionist is rude. I don’t know how they are still in business considering they have several similar reviews to this one. I will not be hiring them. Absolutely horrible and a complete waste of time.
Rude receptionist do not recommend. She doesn’t respond to messages and emails quickly. Your law firm will soon be in loss because of this woman.
I am currently in the middle of a workers comp case and a Social Security disability case this law firm is been awesome they’ve been very cooperative they’ve been on top of everything
