I used Mr. Mangelli, to help with a Deed Transfer. Though still waiting for the county to record it, I was pleasantly surprised that he was moderately priced, quick responding, gave good unsolicited advice, and created the instruments needed with clear instructions as to how to proceed. Basically, that is what I look for in a professional and why I wrote this review. A good lawyer is hard to find.
