I received terrible service to day from the intake for a malpractice suit I’m currently trying to obtain. I explain my issues why I was suing and she immediately started cutting me off saying this suit isn’t valid without fully hearing me out. I’ve been explained I am not looking for a pro bono attorney and explain to her that I home, three companies and I will be paying out-of-pocket for my representation if I have a case she then proceeded to cut me off again rudely then I asked, is there anyone else I can speak to in your office she said no then I asked her do you have a degree in law she said no so then I said, I think you’re not understanding my case, and she cut me off again being a owner of multiple companies I do understand customer service index reports mean to a company. I am a very fair person, but I would like to at least explain my case before I get shut down by someone who is not even a lawyer and no consumer deserves the rudeness that I had to have today it was quite embarrassing, and I would not do business with this phone ever!
