The best Team I was lucky enough to deal with. My story starts off with a complete nightmare, My mom passed away and then one(1) week after her passing, i find out someone broke in and was living in my moms home. I was thinking at the time that this was going to be easy: call the cops and have this thief removed from my mom’s home (no one ever gave him authorization to be there). WELL I WAS TOTALLY WRONG! i was informed by the cops that I had to get a lawyer to have this clown removed from the premises that he DID NOT OWN. i then contacted a lawyer (the typical ones u hear about who do absolutely nothing for you). He sat on my case for a year (after a while I did not hear from him at all – terrible), I prayed as i was at my whits end and very discouraged. God had his mercy on me and put me in touch w/Eneaiia Nau, ESQ. I am telling you, she was on top of it. in literally, a week or two, I was granted as the person who has ownership of my mom’s property (so to speak), then when I explained my issue (above), she then got her DREAM TEAM involved. I really thought since my 1st lawyer took a year and nothing was done, it would take a long time have this clown removed from the home. To my surprise, in comes the big dog – Meryl Wenig. she was tough and got them (yes them, he started renting to someone – UNBELIEVABLE) out of the home in less than a month.
